On March 28th, the delegation of University of California Riverside (UCR), headed by its chancellor Kim Wilcox, are warmly welcomed by Wang Qidong, president of HFU.
At the meeting held next, president Wang first introduces Hefei University,which has continuously improved students' practical ability, and further explored the overseas cooperation as well as new modes for cultivating applied talent. Then he remarks its integration with local governments and enterprises, as well as the role HFU can play to boost the connection between "German Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025". Chancellor Kim Wilcox also introduces profile of UCR, who also mentions that the two universities share such similarities as being young, energetic, and potential.
Both of the two universities agree, in the new era, they would further exchange and cooperate with each other and make progress together.
